You share what is happening now and your experiences throughout your life that bring you to to this moment. You share your identities and your relationships and how they shape you.
connect
Together, we identify your stengths, resources, and challenges. We explore the patterns in your relationships, how your family, community, and the world inform who you are at this moment. We identify the barriers that impact your growth? You decide how you want to deal with them - move them, remove them, move around them, embrace them...and then you do it.
heal
You make connections between your mind and body. You gain insights through talking and use body-based techniques to internalize them. Together, we identify risks you will take, make changes, evaluate the results, and discuss your feelings about the changes. You heal yourself.
